Make a Difference at Methodist Home for Children!

Weโ€™re seeking Youth Care Workers to support and guide adolescents in our residential program in Goldsboro, NC. As a Youth Care Worker, youโ€™ll play a critical role in helping at-risk youth overcome challenges, build new skills, and create a path to a better future.


What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Provide direct care and treatment services to adolescents in a residential group home.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
  • Engage with youth, families, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • 21+ years of age
  • High School Diploma (experience with youth preferred)
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License and good driving record
