What You'll Do:
As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life through compassionate, hands-on care:
  • Provide daily care in accordance with individualized care plans and direction from licensed nurses
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting
  • Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
  • Promote comfort and safety through proper positioning, skin care, and mobility support
  • Support specialized care needs, including range of motion exercises, ostomy care, and end-of-life care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, including rooms and equipment
