This position includes two weeks of training at $21 per hour, then after training it turns to piece work- pay is done per device completed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00am start time.If you are actively seeking work and meet the qualifications above, please apply or reach out to us directly!   • Mechanically inclined. 
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. 
  • Ability to operate basic tools and devices. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments. 
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and valid vehicle registration, and car insurance is a must!
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
