Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMJob DescriptionWe are looking for Metalizing Technicians to join our production team in Pueblo. This position applies protective metal coatings to wind tower components to help protect parts from corrosion and wear.You will operate metalizing equipment, prepare metal surfaces, inspect finished coatings, and make sure work meets quality and safety standards.What You'll Do- Operate metalizing and coating equipment

  • Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, masking, and other required processes
  • Apply protective metal coatings to parts and components
  • Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and overall quality
  • Inspect finished parts for defects or uneven coatings
  • Handle metal wire and other coating materials
  • Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment
  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Complete production and quality records
  • Work with production and quality teams to meet production goals

What We're Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Experience with metalizing, thermal spray, coating, painting, blasting, or similar work is a plus
  • Comfortable working around machinery and metal components
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour schedule
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality

Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed
