Were currently seeking an experienced Metal Roofing Foreman to lead field crews on large-scale commercial and industrial jobs.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a crew of metal roofing installers on commercial job sites.

  • Oversee installation of standing seam, R-panel, and custom sheet metal roofing systems.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and shop details.

  • Coordinate daily work plans with project managers and ensure timely project completion.

  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure job site compliance with OSHA standards.

  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site to ensure proper use and minimal waste.

  • Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.

Requirements
