We’re growing! Join our Meta Store Retail team at the Galleria as we bring Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality experiences to life!  As a Senior Experience Expert, you are focused on creating the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands-on demos of AR & VR products and educating customers. You will be the lead person on all large-scale events. You will train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager. Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy leader with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, natural problem-solving abilities, and must have completely open and flexible availability.

  • Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features & benefits of our client’s products, including accessories
  • Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them.
  • Serve as a customer escalation point for the team on the sales floor when management isn’t present
  • Lead & execute large events within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with the attendees
  • Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to; opening & closing procedures & maintain interactive customer displays
  • Achieve all goals & key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail 
  • Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling 
  • Familiar with AR/VR technology

Skills and Attributes:

  • Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal & on camera
  • Ability to leverage advanced customer service & industry-related experience to train team members
  • Must be results and detail-oriented
  • Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work well both in a team environment
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
  • Flexible availability; available to work weekends
