Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UA Manager (Core, Meta) based in Netherlands.

This role is designed for a senior User Acquisition professional with strong expertise in Meta advertising, performance marketing, and scalable growth strategies. You will take ownership of acquisition campaigns across web and app funnels, focusing on high-value markets and driving measurable business results. The position combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic channel leadership, requiring a deep understanding of paid media optimization, creative testing, and performance analytics. You will work with significant budgets, build scalable acquisition systems, and leverage automation to improve efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys experimentation, innovation, and operating in a fast-paced global environment.

Accountabilities:

As a UA Manager (Core, Meta), you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid acquisition initiatives while optimizing performance across key markets. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Owning Meta user acquisition strategies for web and app funnels across a portfolio of consumer-focused products, with a primary focus on the USA and Tier-1 markets.
  • Planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns while managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
  • Developing campaign structures, improving account organization, and maintaining operational best practices across tracking setups, domains, payment flows, and platform infrastructure.
  • Building and managing a structured creative testing process based on hypotheses, experimentation, performance analysis, and continuous optimization.
  • Monitoring campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and scalability indicators to drive business growth.
  • Implementing automation improvements through platform rules, scripts, integrations, and third-party tools to increase operational efficiency.
  • Documenting acquisition strategies, processes, and best practices to create scalable and repeatable growth systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve creative performance, measurement processes, and overall acquisition effectiveness.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced performance marketer with a strong track record managing Meta acquisition campaigns in competitive consumer markets. You should bring:

  • Proven senior-level experience managing Facebook/Meta User Acquisition campaigns, particularly for web and B2C products.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large advertising budgets, ideally at $100k+ per month, with strong ownership of performance outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of Meta advertising best practices, including campaign structure, scaling strategies, bidding, measurement, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Experience driving growth in the USA and Tier-1 markets; candidates with only CIS-focused experience are not a fit.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance data and make informed scaling decisions based on CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Experience with automation tools, scripts, integrations, and improving operational workflows.
  • Understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows and experimentation processes.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic channel development and leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Benefits:

The role offers a flexible remote environment with opportunities to work on global growth initiatives and develop professionally. Benefits include:

  • Fully remote full-time work opportunity.
  • Competitive compensation, with salary details shared during the recruitment process.
  • 28 calendar days of annual vacation.
  • 7 wellness days per year for personal recovery and household needs.
  • Bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful employee referrals.
  • 50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and industry events.
  • Corporate discounts for English language lessons.
  • Health benefits, including reimbursement support of up to $1,000 gross per year for eligible employees who do not have corporate medical insurance.
  • Support for workplace organization, including equipment reimbursement up to $1,000 gross every three years.
  • Access to an internal recognition program with rewards, merchandise, team activities, and wellness benefits.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with an international remote team of marketing and technology professionals.
