Job Title: Behavior Support Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: $27-32/hr

About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a Behavior Support Specialist to develop and implement positive behavior support plans in collaboration with clients, families, and care teams. This is a full-time, field-based role with travel required across northeast and/or central Pennsylvania. You'll conduct functional assessments and use evidence-based strategies to help participants thrive without the use of restraint procedures.

Responsibilities

●        Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments

●        Develop behavior support plans using positive, non-restrictive strategies

●        Collaborate with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams

●        Ensure plans comply with applicable standards and regulations

●        Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

●        Travel extensively throughout assigned Pennsylvania regions
 

Required Qualifications

●        Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Education; OR

●        Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field with close supervision by a Master’s Level Clinician

●        Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

●        Valid PA driver’s license in good standing
 

Preferred Qualifications

●        PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
