In this role, you will develop, validate, and standardize manufacturing processes through clear, effective documentation. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to translate processes into structured work instructions and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) based digital workflows, ensuring they are clearly defined, repeatable, and aligned with safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement goals.

What you'll do:

  • Lead MES adoption by creating and maintaining process steps and digital work instructions and support the implementation of new products and process changes.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation in the Adonis business process management tool to support manufacturing operations and ensure ISO compliance.
  • Develop and maintain routings in Oracle.
  • Convert engineering requirements, drawings, bills of materials, process specifications, and shop-floor practices into clear, accurate, operator-friendly documentation.
  • Support process validation, production readiness, and engineering changes by updating documentation and systems in a timely, controlled manner.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in existing documentation and drive improvements to support standardization, revision control, traceability, and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience or knowledge in manufacturing engineering or process documentation.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (assembly, machining, or industrial preferred)
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
