MES Life Safety is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Indiana covering the following counties: Hancock, Henry, Wayne, Shelby, Rush, Fayette, Union, Franklin, Decatur, Bartholomew, Brown, Monroe, Jackson, Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland. You will play a crucial role in driving our success while enjoying the opportunity for professional growth within our organization!


The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and effectively managing a designated sales territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to expand the customer base.
  • Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and existing customers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
