yWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead โ€“ MES / MOM Application Support to support and enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MoM) within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 application support, collaborate with plant engineering and IT teams, troubleshoot production and connectivity issues, and lead MES deployment and commissioning activities

  • .Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production execution, WIP tracking, traceability, and quality systems
  • .Experience with industrial communication protocols including OPC UA, MQTT, and machine integration
  • .Knowledge of OT infrastructure, industrial networking, and IT/OT integration
  • .Experience supporting SMT manufacturing lines is highly preferred
  • .Familiarity with FAT, SAT, commissioning, and production go-live support
  • .Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • .Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Controls Engineering, IT, and third-party vendors
