Achieving such earnings generally involves leadership roles, equity, or performance bonuses beyond standard salaries.

On a daily basis, you might collaborate with production engineers, IT teams, and quality assurance staff to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement customizations or integrations. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams make a candidate stand out. These competencies are crucial for efficiently developing, implementing, and supporting solutions that bridge the gap between factory floor operations and enterprise systems.
