$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Work Schedule: weekdays, day shift.
The Registered Nurse (RN) functions as a member of the clinic's patient care team that includes licensed practice nurses (LPN), medical assistants (MA), clinic assistants, technicians, clerical staff, physician assistants (PA), nurse practitioners (NP), and physicians.  The RN performs technical, patient related functions in the ambulatory setting.  The RN assists the physician to ensure optimal patient care within established nursing standards and scope of practice.  The RN provides leadership and direction to clinical staff and delegates tasks that are appropriate to optimize patient care.  The RN will support clinic operations and deliver patient care focusing on safe, quality care to ensure that Meriter's values are met.

Required Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing 
* Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
* Current CPR certification
* Understands and supervises delegated tasks to unlicensed personnel
* Enjoys working with variety of patient ages and conditions/diagnosis
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with multiple priorities
* Ability to recognize and respond to urgent needs in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-3 years healthcare experience working in an ambulatory clinic setting
* Knowledge of Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) System
* Telephone triage
* Prior knowledge/experience working with regulatory standards (e.g. CMS, Joint Commission)
* Experience in committee membership and participation
