Description of the role:

Merit Chevrolet is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team.  As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for customer sales and building relationships to drive business growth.  We have numerous sales people retiring and need to hire for sales positions as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach and assist customers in the showroom
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
  • Negotiate prices and close sales
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
