Overview

As a key part of our front-of-house team, you'll help craft the welcoming, energized environment that fuels our college community every day.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Greet and engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations while delivering friendly and attentive customer service.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and functioning correctly.
  • Manage and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage ingredients as needed to ensure a well-supplied coffee bar.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, including providing change and processing payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including regular cleaning of counters, machines, and utensils.

Qualifications
  • A passion for coffee and tea, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience.
