Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative to work in our upcoming Hitt Road Branch in Idaho Falls, ID. This position works 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, along with regular Saturday hours. The expected pay is $19.26 per hour, DOE.

Job Description

  • Assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explain services, set up new accounts, respond to problems, process financial transactions and direct members to the appropriate staff.
  • Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
  • Resolve member issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent education.
  • Six months of similar or related experience.
  • Ten-key calculator and computer keyboard by touch.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work environment with moderate noise.
