Work hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:45am - 6:30pm, and 2 Saturdays per month 8:30am - 12:30pm.
Summary: Financial Services Representative position duties include opening new accounts, establishing IRAs and CDs, issuing ATM/debit cards, cross-selling credit union products and services, and assisting members with lending services (providing general lending information to members, taking loan applications, and preparing loans for credit approval and disbursal).
Requirements: Candidates must have excellent customer service abilities. A minimum of 1-year recent financial institution experience is required, preferably in a credit union. Necessary skills include knowledge of basic office functions: IT skills (maneuvering around Windows, browser-based programs, and Outlook 365 email); strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with tact and professionalism. Experience with XP2 and/or Meridian Link is helpful. Eligibility to obtain Texas Notary Public commission is a requirement of the FSR position.
