What You'll Do

Ready to work on deals that actually move the needle?
As aSeniorin our M&A Tax practice,you'llplay a hands-on role supporting complex transactions from due diligence through structuring.You'llwork closely with Managers and Partners on sophisticated M&A tax matters while building your technicalexpertise, client exposure, and deal experience in a fast-growing practice that values curiosity, accountability, and strong execution.

Client Support & Engagement Delivery

  • Support client engagements and billable workstreams across multiple M&A projects

  • Assistin meeting deadlines andmaintaininghigh-quality client deliverables

  • Communicate effectively with engagement teams to ensure consistent client support

M&A Tax Execution & Technical Work

  • Perform core M&A Tax activities, including:

  • Tax due diligence

  • Transaction modeling

  • Deal and internal restructuring support

  • Prepare and analyze transaction-related tax data and documentation

  • Assistwith tax research and ad hoc transaction-related projects

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with Managers and Partners on engagement execution

  • Support junior staff through review and day-to-day guidance

  • Contribute to team efficiency and best practices

Operational Excellence

  • Follow established processes whileidentifyingopportunities to improve efficiency

  • Ensure work isaccurate, organized, and delivered on time

Who You Are

Required

  • 3-5 years of public accounting experience

  • Exposure to M&A Tax or transaction-related work

  • CPA or JD preferred (or in progress)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Technical Experience

  • Tax research

  • Attribute analysis

  • Analysis of the tax treatment of transaction costs

  • Preservation and profiling of tax attributes, including:

  • Earnings and profits

  • Stock basis

  • Section 382 ownership studies

Estimated Base Range: $70,000 - $140,000*

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
