We are seeking aCampaignData Specialist/ Analystat Moore to support andoptimize donor acquisition, fundraising, and direct marketing campaigns through expert data segmentation, list management, merge-purge processing, and data quality administration. This role combines strong technicalexpertisewith a client-service mindset, requiring the ability to work with complex donor and CRM data, apply sophisticated business rules, and deliveraccurate, high-quality results on time and within budget.

You will lead large-scale process improvement initiatives, drive operational efficiencies through automation and best practices, and serve as a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of fundraising data operations, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams whilemaintaininga relentless focus on quality, service, and continuous improvement.

  • ExperiencewithAlteryx,RedPointor similardata managementplatforms, with experience working across multiple data sources.
  • 2-5 years experiencesupporting donor databases, fundraising operations, data services, analytics, and campaign execution
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintainingaccuracy, quality, and exceptional client service.
