What you'll own

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager - Merchant Lifecyle to own critical customer experiences that help merchants successfully onboard and manage their sales from acceptance to payout to help software platforms, adopt, engage with, and grow on our platform. You'll play a key role in defining product strategy, solving complex customer challenges, and building innovative solutions that create meaningful business impact. This is an opportunity to help shape a new product domain while working alongside talented leaders in product, engineering, design, and operations.

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for the customer lifecycle experience.

  • Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention outcomes.

  • Identify friction points and streamline customer workflows.

  • Establish success metrics and monitor lifecycle performance.

  • Conduct customer research and analyze behavioral data to inform product decisions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
