Location: Holland, MI (On-Site)Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with retail and wholesale customers through phone and email communication
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Provide knowledgeable support on products, orders, returns, and technical questions
  • Accurately process orders and quotes within company systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with sales, service, shipping, and production teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain organized and accurate customer records
  • Represent Merchant Automotive at trade shows and industry events
  • Help support continued company growth through strong communication and customer engagement

  • Previous automotive, diesel, or performance industry experience preferred

  • Confidence communicating with customers by phone and email
