Job description

In this role you'll support daily operations by handling merchandise from start to finish; Including receiving, prepping, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. This position follows a 4-day work week schedule, giving you more flexibility and time for what matters most.

 
SHIFT: C2 Every other Wednesday (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
4:30pm-3:00am
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Assist Supervisor to achieve planned per hour throughput, cost per unit, level of service and accuracy standards throughout the shift/schedule.
  • Lead assigned functional areas to ensure all Key Performance metrics are achieved; follow daily plan, monitor results, and assist where necessary to achieve daily goals.
  • Assist Supervisor to delegate tasks, train and monitor associate performance to meet/exceed productivity, accuracy, quality, safety, and attendance goals with 100% SOP compliance.
  • Team Lead will be responsible for hitting their own personal productivity goals.
  • Optimize department operations by providing feedback to Supervisor regarding labor capacity and workload leveling.
  • Support, create and maintain a culture of consistency, fairness & inclusiveness for associates.
 
What You’ll Need:  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 months of related experience preferred
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Basic math skills required
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to operate an RF scanner
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and lift/move up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally
