The Opportunity: You will work with our customers to take packaging ideas from concept to thousands of retail shelves across the world. Our customers include many of the biggest brands in beauty, cosmetics, and food/beverage. You’ll get an up-close and personal view into how high-profile brands work and plenty of mentorship to maximize your success. Expect to learn a ton about B2B sales, the cosmetics industry, packaging, manufacturing, and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers; ensure the success of their current projects with us and find new opportunities for us to work together.
  • Lead the process of creating packaging concepts and turning them into reality, coordinating with our customers, our internal teams, and our suppliers.
  • Ensure that product is delivered on-time and up to quality specifications; work with our internal teams and suppliers to troubleshoot any issues.
  • Monitor quality during production and lead response to any product quality issues.


Must-haves in a Candidate:

  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Beauty, cosmetics, or packaging industry experience is preferred
  • Extreme attention to detail – your friends and family would call you “Type A”
  • Track record of excellent communication, organization, and decision-making
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to put in the hours to achieve excellence
  • Smarts and Grit. Willingness to learn and do the little things right
  • Humility. A willingness to learn and grow
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, and Excel


Nice to Haves In a Candidate:

  • Passion for the beauty industry, cosmetics, or packaging
  • Experience in sales or other customer-facing roles
  • Good eye for visual presentation and merchandising


Logistics/Details:

  • This is a full-time, in-office job in Danbury, CT (Zip Code: 06810).
  • You must be able to attend customer meetings in our midtown NYC showroom (a few times per month).
  • We’re hands on with our product - You must be able to carry boxes of product samples (up to 30 lbs.) and help with basic display setup.
  • You’ll be eligible for health insurance, paid PTO, 401K, and more (details to be shared during interview process)
