Reporting to Merchandise Director in Global Strategic Sourcing, the Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing cost strategy as it relates to stone pricing (grids), labor and raw material commodity pricing, vendor over-cost %, and SKU-Level cost approvals. The Sourcing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining SLA on Loupe SKU generation for all in-scope banners and partnering with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and facilitate Loupe integration downstream for current and future-scoped business cases.
1. Develop and maintain Loupe commodity grids for stones and labor. Work directly with vendors and Sourcing Director/Diamond Sourcing Director to negotiate grid prices and allowable Over-Cost Margin % for vendors in Loupe.

2. Work with vendors to develop, onboard, and implement Should-Cost modeling for existing and new product SKUs across all Signet banners in Loupe.

3. Develop and maintain strong partnership with merchant teams to negotiate fair and equitable costs in Loupe that are in line with Should-Cost modeling and meet required merchant margins.

4. Develop and coordinate comprehensive training for Rules of Engagement reference materials - for Merchants and Vendors - how to enter data correctly into Loupe for QC and Reporting

5. Travel domestically and internationally to understand industry position related to material cost, labor impact, vendor capabilities and emerging technology applications.
