We're looking for an Assistant Merchandise Manager ready to grow. This is a hands-on development role — you'll train directly under our Merchandise Manager, learn the full buying-to-retail cycle, and build the skills to become a Merchandise Manager in your own right.
What You'll Do
- Assist with day-to-day golf shop operations
- Provide outstanding service to members and guests
- Learn buying, merchandising & open-to-buy procedures
- Maintain shop displays and product presentation
- Receive and check in incoming merchandise
- Support inventory processes and monthly reporting
- Work with golf pros on tournament merchandise
- Handle special orders and member requests
- Operate and support POS systems
- Assist with seasonal changeovers and events
- Support billing and accounting submissions
- Help train golf shop salespersons
