Merch Processor - Returns/Quality Assurance (QA) - Working with operations management, leads, and team to ensure to ensure accurate processing of all returns, inspections, repackaging, and disposition of product.  
 

The Merch Processor - Returns/ Quality Assurance (QA) position is located in Arlington, TX. 
 

You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will.... 

  • Processing of returns, including determining and assigning correct disposition and repackaging of product 

  • Complete inspection of product to requested standards 

  • Scanning outbound loads, outlet, and transfer shipments 

  • Wrapping furniture for outbound outlet loads 

  • Read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders 

  • Support other departments as needed 

  • Safely and efficiently operate material handling tools and equipment 

  • Keep work area safe, organized, and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements daily 

  • Utilize Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities while maintaining required accuracy percentages, productivity (if required), and quality standards 

  • Other duties as deemed necessary

  • High School diploma or equivalent  

  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team - performing whatever duties are necessary 

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 

  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks 

  • Ability to do basic math - addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division 

  • Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS) 

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner 

  • Flexible to work overtime as required 

We prefer some of these qualities as well.... 

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems

  • Job requires continuous physical exertion - walking, bending, lifting, standing, climbing 

  • Able to lift up to 65lbs 

  • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
