Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, alignment, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Efficiently and accurately complete Mercedes-Benz Service checklists.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Mercedes-Benz's standards and guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous automotive service experience required, must be Mercedes-Benz Technician Certified.
