About the Role

We are looking for an MEP Manager to join our MEP team on our project in Conesville, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all mechanical and electrical construction activities for Mission Critical facilities and related projects.
  • Oversee Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through close-out.
  • Develop project scopes and schedules, coordinate change orders and RFIs, and manage project budgets and cost control.
  • Monitor installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of the project with the Engineer and Owner.
  • Lead the HCC MEP Team and Trade Partners from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover to the Owner.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with owners' representatives, architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-10 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
  • Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.
  • Strong ability to manage relationships with owners' representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
  • Experience leading teams through all phases of construction projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
