A concept by Hive Hospitality, Ox & Olive is dedicated to showcasing unique, single-origin cuts of beef sourced globally, paired with an exceptional dining experience.


The Head Chef will hold full responsibility for all culinary operations, setting the vision for menu development, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities
