Executive Chef Responsibilities
  • Lead all back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus while maintaining the restaurant's culinary identity
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
