The Principal Technical Program Manager leads complex, high-impact technical initiatives across engineering teams, business domains, and execution timelines. This role provides cross-functional thought leadership by shaping strategy, clarifying priorities, managing dependencies, and turning ambiguous requirements into scalable technical milestones. With strong executive presence and communication, the Principal TPM frames decisions, risks, tradeoffs, and progress for senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Applying deep program management expertise, technical judgment, and systems thinking, this leader drives disciplined execution, resolves critical issues, mentors teams, and delivers measurable outcomes across large-scale technology programs.

We establish governance, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable solutions with measurable impact. Combining technical expertise, program management rigor, and systems-level thinking, we support executive decision-making, enhance delivery predictability, and advance strategic initiatives across business, product, engineering, and operations. The team fosters collaboration and continuous improvement to ensure successful outcomes for large-scale programs, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage complex, large-scale technical programs with multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery timelines.
  • Define program scopes, stage gates, critical paths, and key deliverables while securing commitments from cross-functional teams.
  • Translate product requirements into technical milestones, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-availability solutions.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain program momentum.
  • Establish and improve standardized workflows, driving automation and operational excellence across initiatives.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in program and technical management.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to define goals, stage gates, and critical delivery paths for large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management.
  • Skilled in translating product requirements into scalable technical designs and ensuring operational excellence frameworks.
  • Proficient in communication strategies to align cross functional stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation capabilities.
  • Ability to mentor teams and implement process improvements to accelerate delivery and quality outcomes.
