Our clinic uses advanced Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to streamline communication and documentation. You will be part of a collaborative virtual team that values ongoing support, professional development, and adherence to ethical practices in mental health counseling.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews and standardized psychological assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific diagnoses and client needs, such as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
• Facilitate regular one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's cultural background and preferences.
• Provide therapeutic interventions that empower clients to develop coping strategies, set achievable goals, and monitor their progress toward mental health recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in our EHR system to reflect service delivery and adherence to confidentiality standards.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support for clients facing immediate mental health challenges, employing strong crisis management techniques.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health services.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges such as substance abuse, mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and those undergoing transitional life issues. Your expertise will be critical in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of clients from various backgrounds and experiences.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing both individual and group therapy.
• A comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and an ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage high-stress situations calmly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients and documentation processes.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Experience in a community health setting or with diverse patient populations.
• Previous involvement in outreach programs or mental health awareness initiatives.
• Skill in providing therapy using various modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) and an understanding of trauma-informed care.

We offer an attractive salary range of USD $80,000 – $100,000 per year, along with an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
