You will engage with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a confidential and safe therapeutic environment.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and personal goals of clients, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Designing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual sessions focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and shared experiences, fostering a sense of community among clients.
• Creating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable objectives that align with their unique circumstances and preferences.
• Providing immediate crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Offering educational resources to clients about mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

Your role will encompass working with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families with distinctive mental health challenges. To succeed in this position, you will need the following qualifications:

• A valid Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Solid clinical experience demonstrating competence in providing therapy services and applying evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• A deep sense of empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments.

• Familiarity with mental health software for client management and documentation.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
