You will have the option to choose full-time hours (over 30 hours per week) or part-time hours (over 5 hours per week). • Conduct mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a confidential and safe environment for clients.
• Perform ongoing assessments of clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals and challenges.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to help clients enhance their coping mechanisms, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills, leading to improved overall mental health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory standards with minimal paperwork.
• Serve as a vital resource for clients by providing education about mental health, therapeutic modalities, and community resources.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. This client population often includes individuals facing situational stress, mild anxiety, or depression. The goal is to provide accessible care that empowers clients to achieve their mental health goals and improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and active state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision is essential.
• No prior disciplinary actions are permitted to ensure compliance with ethical standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote counseling.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection is required to facilitate smooth virtual interactions.

• Experience working with adult clients in a clinical or community health setting, preferably via teletherapy.
• Proficiency with mental health software systems and tools used in remote counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual environment.
