This role will provide technical and architectural leadership to the software development team, you will work directly with product and client teams to design software solutions and solve complex problems. As a full-stack developer your role will be heavily involved in design and should be comfortable adapting to changing requirements. This role will be comfortable learning the business logic of the product.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Work closely with business analysts to design, develop and test new features and functionality for our core product
  • Meet with clients and product teams to provide expertise in design and architecture
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members
  • Work closely with support analysts to identify and fix bugs
  • Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to explore new technologies and determine how to best integrate them into the product
  • Create clean, reliable, performant code with an eye for future maintainability
  • May supervise and mentor direct reports
  • Such other activity as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in software development preferred
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and relational database concepts
  • Expert proficiency with SQL and strong grasp of database concepts
  • Significant experience with: .NET Framework, javascript, C#
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architectures
  • Experience working with object relational mappings
  • Experience with Agile development practices
  • Ability to drive projects to comp

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$140,000.00 - $170,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
