• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methodologies.
• Document session notes and treatment progress accurately, maintaining records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation and modification of treatment plans based on client progress, feedback, and evolving needs.
• Attend regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management strategies and enhance professional development.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about mental health resources available through Radiant Life Counseling Center.

Therapists at Radiant Life cater to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. • A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) to provide mental health therapy independently.
• At least two years of professional experience delivering clinical psychotherapy services to adults.
• Strong proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnoses, and preparing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Exemplary documentation skills, maintaining clear and concise records of therapy sessions and client interactions.
• A clean disciplinary history with no sanctions from any licensing board.
• Ability to provide therapy services diligently while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Hands-on experience with evidence-based practices, particularly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and its application in treatment.
• Experience in a telehealth environment is preferred, robust understanding of digital communication platforms.
• Comfort in managing a diverse caseload while effectively responding to dynamic client needs and preferences.
