Activities & Memory Enhancement Coordinator (T.I.M.E. Program)
Part-Time | Azura Memory Care of Mukwonago
Not every activity is just an activity. Sometimes it's a smile, a memory sparked by music, or a moment that brings comfort to someone living with dementia.
At Azura Memory Care, we're looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Activities & Memory Enhancement Coordinator to lead meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents and individuals living with early memory loss. If you love bringing people together and making a real difference, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule
Monday Time: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM leading our T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement) Program
Friday and Every Other Weekend 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Week 1: Sunday, Monday & Friday
Week 2: Monday, Friday & Saturday

What You'll Do
Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday
Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations
Coordinate Memory Cafe and dementia education programs
Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being
Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day
What We're Looking For
Experience working with older adults (senior living or healthcare preferred)
Creative, organized, compassionate, and self-motivated
Strong communication and basic computer skills
A passion for dementia care and helping others thrive
