Available Shifts
  • Monday–Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (No scheduled weekends!)

  • Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Weekend premium!)

At Tallgrass Healthcare Campus, you’re more than just a CNA — you’re a valued team member. We are a 100-bed skilled nursing facility, including 22 dedicated memory care beds, and we are looking for a passionate, dependable Memory Care CNA who wants to make a real difference.

  • Current Kansas CNA certification
