As a Regional Director, you will be reporting to the VP of Operations and overseeing our airports in the North West region. The Regional Director is a proven multi unit business leader who will drive operational excellence and business outcomes across CLEAR's network. This position requires a deep understanding of leadership, strategic vision, and a high level of business savvy. We are looking for an Operations expert who consistently has their finger on the pulse of day-to-day tactical multi-unit operations. You are process oriented, ensure adherence to procedures, and can expertly navigate operational challenges. You will drive employee engagement and foster an environment (across multiple locations) where team members are accountable for delivering exceptional security, sales and customer service experiences, while continuously sharing the CLEAR story. You will oversee all salaried team members in your region and ensure each team is set up for success.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee a portfolio of the business in a geographic region across airports, sports & events
  • Set goals and strategies to drive KPIs related to security, service and sales & drives results against plan through regional leadership
  • Responsible for inspiring and  developing leaders and ambassadors 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders: Airport Leadership, TSA, Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and CLEAR Team Members across the CLEAR region
  • Drive policy and procedural compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, escalating to senior/executive management as necessary
  • Identify gaps, issues and best practices to resolve operational challenges
  • Partner with public affairs team for civic engagement opportunities

How you'll measure success:

  • Drive KPIs related to security, service and sales, across your portfolio of the business.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance security protocols and risk mitigation efforts across all business units.
    • Optimize service delivery frameworks to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
    • Lead sales initiatives and portfolio growth by identifying new revenue streams and strengthening existing client relationships.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in Operations leadership required
  • You are customer-centric, data driven, and have experience driving sales 
  • You are a creative and methodical leader, a solid communicator, and have exceptional interpersonal skills. You see the big picture while at the same time focusing on the details
  • You motivate, mentor, and influence others (internally & externally) and develop trusted relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Multi Unit leadership experience required
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time
  • Required to successfully complete a government background investigation
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred

The total compensation range for this role is $170,000-$220,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

This range represents the combined base salary, incentive compensation and equity compensation (in Restrictive Stock Units) consistent with our current compensation program for this position at CLEAR. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements.
