About the Role
As a Membership Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first people prospective clients meet when they walk into our studio. You'll introduce them to the Pure Barre experience, build genuine relationships, guide them through the membership process, and help them begin a fitness journey they'll love.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, takes initiative, and is motivated by achieving goals. We believe exceptional service is found in the details, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, polished studio where every client feels valued.
This is a part-time position. Candidates should be available to work a combination of morning, evening, and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ClubReady software

Boutique fitness experience is a plus but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into memberships
  • Conduct studio tours and introductory consultations to understand each client's goals
  • Follow up consistently with prospective members through phone calls, texts, and email
  • Meet or exceed membership and retail sales goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that creates loyal, long-term members
  • Educate clients on memberships, promotions, retail products, and studio offerings
  • Support member retention by building lasting relationships
  • Accurately process memberships, retail purchases, and payments
  • Maintain accurate client information using ClubReady
  • Assist with community events, grassroots marketing, and studio promotions
  • Capture photos and videos for social media content
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
  • Attend required trainings and team meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
