Job Summary

Responsible for insuring that users and guests receive a warm welcome each time they visit or call the facility. Responsible for making sure that only authorized users and guests are allowed access to the facility. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to answering of phones, processing memberships, touring potential members, answering of questions about the facility, stocking and washing member towels. Expected to provide service support, including scheduling appointments, selling products from the beverage cooler and other retail products, taking messages, and questions about the center. Adheres to the facility cleaning checklist to ensure all areas are in excellent condition including coffee station and cooler as needed.


Required Qualifications

- Require Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification within ninety (90) days of hire.


Preferred Qualifications

- Prefer previous experience as a receptionist or similar position, including greeting customers, handling point-of-sale transactions and answering phones.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to display proficiency in operation of the facility's computer hardware and software systems.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
