Job description

About the Role & Entreprenista:
We're looking for a dynamic and mission-aligned Membership Success Advisor to join our women-led company, Entreprenista, within the Membership Success Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships through daily conversations and is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs grow and succeed.
At Entreprenista, our mission is to support women business owners by creating a powerful network and providing opportunities for growth through community, content, and curated experiences.
As a Membership Success Advisor, you'll spend most of your day connecting over Zoom with prospective and current members (6-8 calls daily). In each conversation, you'll act as a trusted advisor, listening to their goals, sharing how Entreprenista can support them, and guiding them toward the membership, groups, events, and programs that best align with their needs.
This is a high-volume, people and process focused role that requires strong communication skills, genuine curiosity, past sales experience, and the ability to build trust quickly. If you love connecting with people, excel at consultative conversations, following proven processes, and get excited about empowering women entrepreneurs, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Please note: This is a contract position that is commission based only. Only apply if you are comfortable working in a commission based role and have a proven track record in a customer success or sales position.
Responsibilities:
  • This is a member-facing role. You will serve as a member-facing representative of Entreprenista and serve as the first point of contact for prospective members interested in joining the Entreprenista League, offering a warm and informative experience that reflects our mission and values.
  • Conduct discovery calls with new and existing members to understand their business needs and recommend the most valuable programs or opportunities to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Community & Membership team to develop a deep understanding of our offerings and continuously refine your approach to deliver tailored recommendations.
  • Track and manage your sales pipeline daily, attend daily sales huddles, follow up with all conversations, and consistently meet or exceed goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions, needs, and feedback using our CRM Hubspot and Google Sheets.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to enhance the member journey and contribute to a strong community experience.
  • Represent the Entreprenista brand with warmth, professionalism, and genuine curiosity about each founder's story.

Requirements:
  • Travel may be required from time to time. Attend in person events periodically and member meet-ups. This could be conferences where Entreprenista is a sponsor or member hosted meetup
  • Passion for empowering women founders and supporting the next generation of women leaders. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a membership, community, or consultative sales environment.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and empowering women business owners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, consistently demonstrated in virtual meetings on zoom and follow-up correspondence, both verbal and written.
  • Able to manage and engage in 6-8 Zoom calls per day with energy and focus
  • Strong ability to listen, ask meaningful questions, and recommend aligned solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Available to attend Founders Weekend in September 2027
  • Organized and accountable, with experience tracking performance, managing pipelines, and following up on leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools including Hubspot, Go High Level, Slack, Claude, Google Suite, and Zoom.

Additional Skills:
  • Deep curiosity about entrepreneurship and a natural connector who loves learning about new businesses.
  • Consultative mindset: driven by helping others find the right fit vs. making a quick sale.
  • Energetic and growth-oriented, with a hunger to make an impact and exceed goals.
  • A team player who collaborates well and brings positivity to every interaction.

KPIs & Goals:
  • Increase member conversions by consistently achieving or exceeding membership goals.
  • Maintain high satisfaction rates among new members by ensuring aligned program recommendations.
  • Proactively follow up with all founder conversations and track performance metrics with accuracy.
  • Drive awareness and enrollment in revenue-generating programs such as Founders Weekend, Entreprenista Experts, and Power Groups.
  • Contribute to community growth by strengthening the member experience through thoughtful, personalized guidance.
Compensation:
Hourly + Commission
Expected Commissions if you are successful: $5,000-$10,000 per month after two month training period
