Front Desk
Job Summary
The Member Services Representative - Front Deskcreates a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests, and prospects by delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting club cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet members, guests, and prospects
• Handle all front desk activities
• Respond to member questions and concerns
• Answer phones promptly
• Check in members and update accounts
• Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the club
Qualifications and Requirements
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Passionate about fitness and health
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
Physical Demands
• Remain standing or walking for extended periods
• Frequent communication, in-person and via phone
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Handle cleaning chemicals or biohazards safely
