Harbinger is an American commercial electric vehicle (EV) company on a mission to transform an industry starving for innovation. Harbinger's best-in-class team of EV, battery, and drivetrain experts have pooled their deep experience to bring a first-of-its-kind EV platform to support the growing demand for medium-duty EVs and Hybrids. • Financial & Market Analysis: Monitor macroeconomic trends, competitor financial performance, and capital markets activity within the EV and commercial automotive sectors. Build peer benchmarking reports to share with the executive team.
  • Fundraising Execution: Support the CFO in executing future capital raises (equity and debt). Take the lead on managing the due diligence data room, organizing files, and fielding analytical requests from prospective investors.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Engineering, and PR teams to ensure external metrics align perfectly with internal reporting and that all communications are consistent and compliant.
  • Q&A Preparation: Anticipate investor questions and prepare comprehensive Q&A documents and briefing materials for the CEO and CFO ahead of major investor engagements.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Development, or Corporate Finance. (Experience with hardware, automotive, or deep-tech startups is a significant plus).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You must be comfortable navigating financial models, understanding cap tables, and translating complex data into visually compelling presentations.
  • Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills. You know how to distill complex engineering and financial concepts into clear, concise business narratives.
  • Attention to Detail: Hyper-organized and capable of managing highly sensitive, confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Adaptability: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Key Benefits & Perks:
  • Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision (HDV) - 100% employee covered
  • Early-stage Stock Options
  • Robust Retirement Savings (401k, HSA, FSA)
