Based in our brand-new Beverly Hills-area office, this role will be fully in-office. We believe that being together in person fosters the strongest collaboration, creativity, and culture. This role may also require flexibility to travel as needed in support of partnerships, programming, and brand initiatives.

About the Role
The Member Relations Manager will define and lead the end-to-end member experience for QR. This role is responsible for building a high-touch, personalized service model that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement the member journey and service standards
  • Build and lead the member relations and concierge team
  • Oversee onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Implement CRM systems and lifecycle management
  • Establish service protocols and quality benchmarks
  • Continuously improve the member experience based on feedback

  • 5+ years in hospitality, luxury service, or customer experience
  • Experience building and leading service teams
  • Strong understanding of high-touch, personalized service models
  • Operational excellence and attention to detail

Salary
$90,000 – $120,000
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Incentive Plan—an initiative that rewards our profitability, overall success, and your individual contributions.
Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role-specific qualifications, market location, and experience.
