Responsible for processing and managing member enrollments in QNXT, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Experience with QNXT and prior member enrollment operations within a health plan environment is highly preferred.
Essential Functions
-Process new member enrollments, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and submitted.
-Accurately enter member enrollment data into the enrollment system or database.
-Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all member enrollment activities and communications.
-Respond to member inquiries and concerns regarding the enrollment process, benefits, and coverage.
-Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to member enrollment.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer service, claims, and finance, to ensure a seamless member enrollment experience.
-Assist in training and mentoring new Member Enrollment Representatives, providing guidance on enrollment procedures and best practices.

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred


Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or enrollment role required

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in member enrollment or a related administrative role in the health insurance industry highly preferred

  • QNXT experience highly preferred


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Solid understanding of member enrollment processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in data entry and knowledge of relevant computer applications and software.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive member information.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet enrollment deadlines.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle complex enrollment issues and resolve member inquiries effectively.

Working Conditions

  • This is a remote role that can be done from most US states.
  • This is a full-time role with a Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM ET
