Job Description

Member Enrollment Reps here will be taking inbound and outbound calls to existing Humana members who are pre-identified as potential candidates for Humana's Care Management program. Candidates will be responsible for explaining Humana's Care Program and enrolling the members who are interested. They will be speaking with potential members and entering relevant information at the same time so make sure they're able to multi-task.

Qualifications

High School Diploma

6+ months of recent healthcare call center experience or healthcare admin experience (within the last 2 years)

Intermediate to advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

High level of detail and organization skills and ability to multi-task without losing sight of accuracy & quality

Good job tenure (no job hoppers)

Clear backgrounds and candidates with good track record of attendance and being on time
