and we're looking for someone creative and energetic to help tell our story online! We are seeking a motivated Social
Media Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence, engage our communities, and support recruiting and store
marketing efforts across multiple locations.
What You'll do as a Social Media Marketing Manager:
  • Manage and grow Mega Saver's social media platforms
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photos, reels, and promotional posts
  • Develop recruiting-focused social media campaigns to attract top talent
  • Promote store events, grand openings, giveaways, and company initiatives
  • Respond to messages, comments, and online engagement professionally and timely
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase reach and engagement
  • Coordinate with operations and leadership teams on marketing needs
  • Track social media performance and provide reporting/insights
  • Assist with branding consistency across all platforms and materials

What We're Looking For:
  • Creative mindset with strong communication skills
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Canva
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
