We are hiring across multiple Shifts

Shift times available:

1st Shift: 6:10am-2:10pm

2nd Shift: 2:10pm- 10:10pm

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
  • Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.
  • Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
  • Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
  • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
  • May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job in a warehouse or operations environment, including prolonged standing and walking.

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures, systems, and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training, education, or certifications.
  • Requires 1+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.
  • No minimum education Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microscope Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing
  • Previous experience with assembly work
  • Experience working in medical device manufacturing
  • Background in automotive manufacturing or related industries
  • Strong mathematical skills for measurement and quality checks
  • Excellent hand dexterity for detailed assembly tasks
  • Willingness and flexibility to support different production areas as needed

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$40,800.00 - $61,200.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $21.50 per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance,Health Savings Account,Healthcare Flexible Spending Account,Life insurance, Long-term disability leave,Dependent daycare spending account,Tuition assistance/reimbursement, andSimple Steps (global well-being program).
