MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency in the Des Moines metro area. This is an entry-level, client-facing sales role focused on meeting with business owners, building relationships, and helping them provide solutions for their teams.

You will work from a professional office setting while also attending scheduled client meetings in the community. Strong performers have a clear path to advance. This is a performance-based position β€” your results drive your income.

What you'll do:

  • Complete structured training and daily coaching
  • Meet with business owners and decision makers
  • Present benefit options and assist with employee enrollments
  • Manage your own outreach, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Track activity in the CRM and work a Monday–Friday schedule
