What is a Mediterranean grill?

A Mediterranean Grill refers to a restaurant or eatery that specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, typically featuring dishes from countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, such as Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, and Italy. These establishments often prepare food using grilling techniques and offer a menu with items like kebabs, gyros, hummus, falafel, fresh salads, and grilled vegetables. The emphasis is usually on fresh ingredients, lean proteins, and bold flavors from herbs and spices. Mediterranean Grills are popular for providing healthy and flavorful meal options. They may offer both dine-in and takeout services.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Mediterranean grill cook?
