Job description

Certified Nursing Assistant 

Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin
Pay Rate: $24/hr – $28/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: PM Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: CNA/LTC experience preferred
EMR: Meditech
Start Date: 06/08/2026

About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Long-Term Care contract opportunity in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a caring and dependable CNA who can support residents with daily living needs while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful care environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with ADLs, including toileting, transferring, bathing, and grooming

  • Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely manner

  • Obtain vitals, weights, and other information as needed

  • Report changes in resident condition to the nurse

  • Support resident safety, hygiene, comfort, and daily care routines

  • Report concerns related to abuse, neglect, or misappropriation

  • Complete documentation using Meditech

Requirements

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification required

  • BLS/BCLS required

  • Long-Term Care experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy required

  • Must be able to work PM shifts and every other weekend

  • Holiday coverage required as needed
